When an innocent stranger arrives amidst the insidious distribution of Glitter by an opposing crime lord, Wrath's interest is piqued.
But Glitter isn't only a problem in the Gulch. The big city of Galahan faces its own issues with the drug, and only one Arbiter of the law has an eye for true justice.
