King Simon gets lost in a forest, an old witch helps him, on the condition that he marry her beautiful daughter. The King suspects the mysterious maiden to be wicked, but agrees to marry her. He has six lovely daughters and a handsome from his first marriage. Soon he fears his children might be in danger from his new wife and he sends them away to a hidden castle and visits them secretly.
The Witch-Queen, who learned witchcraft from her mother, finds out about her stepchildren wants rid of them once and for all. She has made six enchanted white shirts, then finds her way to the hidden castle, tosses the shirts over the Princesses transforming them into swans.
Their bother Prince Jason is still human runs away, finding his sisters in a hut he discovers his sisters who can only take their human forms for fifteen minutes every evening. They tell him of a way to lift the curse: for six years, he mustn't speak a word, while sewing six shirts out of starflowers for them. If he speaks before the end of the sixth year, the spell will never be broken. The Prince vows to accomplish this task…To be safe from robbers and wolves he takes up residence in a giant sheltering oak tree, and dedicates himself to gathering the star-flowers and sewing in silence.
But then one day a handsome young King’s huntsman discover the handsome young man mysteriously in the tree, and take him to King Mathew who falls in love with silent young man…and then….
