The head of nursing at St Agatha's Hospital noticed that one of the new interns is having some difficulty with her medical knowledge when put on the spot. In the hopes of curing her chronic shyness, she decides to call the young woman to her office after hours for a special test with a very special delivery method - involving severe physical punishment for incorrect answers.
