Well, it was what the kids who mattered said - the ones she wanted to be her friends. They were not her friends yet. But she was still working on that.
Ina Hurry knew that she just needed to change more. She just needed to be more likeable, to do things more their way. Then she would fit in with them. Then she could be their friend. But before her very short childhood was over, she needed to get in all the playing that she could.
