Serena thought the summer was over.
She returns to her family’s apartment hoping life will return to normal. The same city streets. The same small bedroom. The same expectations from the people around her.
But Serena is not the same person she was before.
The memories of her summer with Ashe and Lucy follow her everywhere. The intensity. The freedom. The feeling of being wanted in a way she never experienced before. Back in her old life, surrounded by family, university, and the pressures of being the daughter everyone expects her to be, she finds herself caught between who she was raised to become and who she secretly wants to be.
As Serena struggles with jealousy, temptation, and the consequences of chasing desire, she discovers that some connections are impossible to walk away from.
