A professional assassin, disguised as an old woman integrates into a group of homeless drug addicts and poisons six on cold, rainy November night. So, begins a series of murders and assaults aimed at driving criminal segments of the population out of the city. The police chief assigns Angeline Morris as lead detective, in part because nobody expects the case to be solved (professional assassin) and the police hierarchy don’t really care if it is solved. There is a twist. The killer begins calling into a classic rock radio program, requesting songs that suggest a secret code. There is only one way to solve the case - solve the puzzle.
