Ordinary citizens are committing heinous acts of violence: a babysitter, a UPS driver, a college professor. Why are these seemingly normal New Yorkers committing such crimes? Homicide Detective Iris Williams and her partner Detective Annette are assigned to a case so baffling that it will leave them dumbfounded. In the meantime, a storm - more powerful than Hurricane Sandy - is headed towards the East Coast.
