Tozumo is a planet-wide city with buildings reaching to the sky but only the wealthy are able to access the higher levels. Dorn is stuck on the surface doing his best to survive. He dreams of stealing enough to reach the upper levels. When he meets a fellow thief with bigger connections, they join to take on a more difficult heist. Dorn might actually get a chance to fulfill his dream.

Little does he know that an ancient power lurks within him, wanting out. And using that power will draw the attention of the most powerful being on the planet.
